An ever-expanding realm, Astaria has hosted players since 1994, and whether you are an experienced adventurer, or a new explorer, players can find a place here.

Players build their characters, explore fantasy worlds, battle monsters, complete quests, and journey through a text-based realm of hidden lore.

Swim deep as an amphibious salandrine, or soar as an air-born sylph (and yes, create humans, elves, and dwarves as well) --we have 16 distinct races to try.

Conjure portals as a powerful mage, raise the dead as a devout cleric, screech a tune as an intrepid bard--or try any of the available guilds and discover vast areas for exploration.
